Study materials available during COVID-19
• Many of you are asking if COVID-19 is affecting the
availability or delivery of study guides.
We are still processing and shipping study guide orders.
UPS has suspended their delivery guarantees and will no longer provide refunds for delayed service. Therefore, we cannot offer a shipping guarantee during this time, however, thus far we have experienced minimal delays.
Your shipping options are (allowing 1 day for processing):
Ground: 3-5 business days
2nd day: 2 business days
Overnight: 1 business day
Please double-check your shipping and billing
addresses to make sure they are entered correctly.
THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY SCHEDULE: Our office will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday on Thursday and Friday, November 26-27, 2020. Orders received AFTER 1:30 pm MST on Wednesday, November 25, will be processed and shipped on Monday, November 30, 2020. UPS will not be delivering on Thursday, November 26th, so overnight orders made on Wednesday (11/25) before 1:30 pm MST will be delivered Friday, November 27th, and 2nd day orders made on Wednesday before 1:30 pm MST, will be delivered on Monday, November 30, 2020.

When entering your shipping and billing information - please make sure the address you provide for billing matches your credit card statement and the address you put for shipping matches where you want your books to be delivered. Your order will not process if you do not put in the correct billing address for your credit card.
Important Shipping and Return Information:
The ACS Examinations Institute ships with UPS. Deliveries
are made on business days - Monday through Friday (the day the order is
received into our office is the processing day and is not included as a ship
day). Orders received after 1:30 mountain time will go in the next day’s orders.
Overnight orders received on Friday before 1:30 pm MDT, will be delivered on

to make changes to your order after it has been completed, you may be charged
fees. Fees are imposed when we must pay our shippers to make the requested
order change. Those costs will be recovered by the fees to be charged. Please
be careful with your shipping address and shipping method when you fill out
your order. Customer errors in these two places are the most common problems
that result in us having to charge these fees.
Returns: We are unable
to accept returns as the product incurs damage from being handled multiple
times during shipping and cannot be resold.
